I do hope that you managed to read the recent email that I sent regarding Pupil Premium Free School Meals. I understand at this time that for some families, having access to internet etc may be difficult or some parents simply might not think that their child is eligible for this.
I am attaching a form that you can complete and return to school if this makes it easier for you. It follows the same criteria and process that you can access on the website but if it makes it easier, I am happy to process this information for you. It is always worth checking if you are eligible even when you think you might not be.

All information will be stored confidentiality and in line with GDPR requirements. As soon as the process is completed I will make sure that this information is also destroyed.
I will also put this form on the school website so it can be accessed easily by all.
