• "Guard of Honour" at Leicester Tigers

  Today we had a coach trip to Leicester Tigers rugby club.

  All of the children who attended the trip were lucky enough to walk on the pitch and take on the role of "Guard of Honour," for the Premiership players to run through at the start of the game. Check out our video channel to watch this on video.

  It was a fantastic day enjoyed by all, not to mention such a fantastic first hand experience for the children to learn from.

  We cheered on the Leicester Tigers to win 35-24 against Harlequins.

  At the end of our school day today, we had a festive performance from some of our pupils in the school hall, before our Friends of School drew their Christmas raffle.

  Our Year 2, Year 1, Reception and Nursery children performed their Christmas play to their families and friends. They were so fantastic, remembering all their lines, singing so beautifully and of course making us all smile and laugh!
