Keep up to date with all the latest news happening in school at the moment.
This morning we have given thanks as part of our Harvest festival assembly. All classes presented in their own way, giving thanks and appreciation for the food we eat. Orchard class pupils took on the roles from our story "The Little Red Hen" to share their learning about the journey of bread, Robins class pupils shared their factual learning about the process of Sugar beet harvesting, Golden Eagles pupils recited a poem all about thanks at "Harvest Time," and our Barn Owls pupils sang a fabulous rendition of George Ezra's "Shotgun" but with the words changed to relate to Harvest time. It was a brilliant festival and a huge well done to all of the children!
Thank you to all families and friends who have helped to donate products for our Harvest collection which will all go to "Agape," in Spalding.
Check out this week's "Stars of the week," "Effort award" winners, "Kindness award" nominators and winners, "Class attendance award" winners and Achievement awards from outside of school.
Well done to you all!
Our whole school have been celebrating the fantastic work of author Roald Dahl. Each class focused on a story written by Roald Dahl and based their whole day of learning around that story:
Orchard class: "The enormous crocodile."
Robins class: "Esio trot."
Golden Eagles class: "Charlie and the chocolate factory."
Barn Owls class: "Matilda" plus a few extras!
At the end of the day we had a celebration assembly to share all of our learning - it was super to hear how much fun and learning had taken place all day!
We have had a special surprise assembly within school for Mrs Ulyatt, to celebrate "20 years of service" at Quadring Primary School. We presented her with cards and gifts as a thank you for her hard work and dedication.
We are so very grateful of all that you have done at our school Mrs Ulyatt, thank you!
