  Well done to our amazing y5/6 athletes who came third in their tournament yesterday. We had various wins and results throughout the day for our field and track events, which earned us our third place as a team. Congratulations to all those who took part.

  A massive congratulations to our Athletics team today who were fantastic!

  They performed so well and their efforts were rewarded.

  They came in various first, second and third places throughout all events from beanbag throwing, javelin, accuracy throwing, long jump and running, sack and novelty races.

  We are so proud of all of you!

  

• Cricket World Cup Celebration Day

  Today we have been celebrating the 2019 Cricket World Cup as a whole school. The children have been involved in various activities throughout the day including Kwik Cricket matches, Cricket skills sessions with our visitors from Sri Lanka and New Zealand, Geography research for the countries taking part in the World Cup and also an Art based activity where the children got to design their own World Cup kit for one of the countries participating.

  It has been a fantastic day and lots of fun!

  Thank you to Harsha and WJ from Woodhall Spa Cricket Club for coming to join us for this day and promoting the "All Stars" Kwik cricket initiative.

  

• Boston's Got Talent - 3rd Place!

  Congratulations and well done to all of our dancers who took part in Boston's Got Talent at the Blackfriars Theatre on Friday night - being awarded 3rd Place by the judges for our "This is Me," whole group routine.

  We are so very proud of all of you, well done!

  

• Girls Kwik Cricket - 3rd Place!

  Today our Y5/6 girls Kwik cricket team have made us very proud by achieving third place in their #schoolgames tournament organised by the Boston & District Sports Partnership. They all performed brilliantly and worked hard as a team which shone through in their results, winning three out of their five games.

  Well done also to Mia G for her "champagne moment" of bowling a maiden over and taking a super catch in the same game, along with Leah who was awarded her "champagne moment," for her team leadership and praise for her teammates during our morning games.
