Teaching Asssistant post 1-1 SEN support
30 hours per week based on 39 weeks per year
Hours of work Monday to Friday 8.45 am to 3.15 pm school term only plus training days
Salary scale G3 -6 £24026 pro rata actual salary based on 30 hours £19,991 approximately (pending pay award)

The main purpose of this role is to support a child with an EHCP and liase with school staff to ensure the best possible outcome for the child in our setting
The main duties of this role will include supporting teaching and learning in the classroom, supporting the learning of the individual child and helping to fulfill the requirements of the EHCP, personal behaviour support plans and individual targets . In addition there will be small group intervention work for academic, emotional and social wellbeing.
Helping to support positive play at lunchtimes and supporting the development of friendships. children
