For your English activity today you can choose either one of the two challenges you would like to complete.
You only need to do ONE of them.
PE
Usually on a Tuesday afternoon we would do PE. The third activity today is to do some sort of exercise, whether this be a Joe Wicks video or playing a game with your family like football or tennis.
If it is possible it would be great if you could go outside whilst doing your exercise.
Exercise is a very important part of your lifestyle and I would love to see some pictures of the type exercise you chose to do.
